Love brings us joy as we communicate with our beloved ones. It’s always pleasant to see a person you love. And it’s even more pleasant to give him or her a present made with your own hands. Let’s make a greeting card that will tell much to someone you love.

Tools and Materials:

Red paper for the background
White paper for the base
Red paint
Red marker
Scissors
Pencil
Glue

We also recommend you to think about the person you’re making this greeting card for. Then your craft will be really full of love.

Step-by-step instructions:

Prepare all the necessary materials in order not to get distracted from the creative process.

Draw a heart on white paper with a pencil. Then run the contour of the heart with a red marker.

Put a very thick layer of red paint on your kid’s hands. Make handprints inside the heart. Do you know why we are using red color? Because, in the first turn, this color is the symbol of joy, beauty and love. There are also other meanings to this color, but a loving heart can only be red!

Cut the heart out along the contour and glue it to a red piece of paper. You’ve got a very nice greeting card. It will tell much about your love to the person you give it!
